When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During limited edition drops or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days before you receive a tracking number.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply.
Are the cases protective or just for style?
Every Wildflower case features a durable sandblasted polyurethane bumper and raised edges to protect your screen from drops, combining high-fashion aesthetics with reliable protection.
Will you restock a sold-out design?
Most of our designs are limited edition and will not be restocked once they are gone. We recommend following our social media or signing up for emails to catch the latest drops.
How do I clean my Wildflower case?
